Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work on a research programme
‘Study of 220Rn adsorption in charcoal and vegetable oils for 220Rn mitigation application in offgas stream’. This is a collaborative research programme initiated under a MoU between Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai and Mangalore University. The candidate selected would have an opportunity to conduct research studies both at Mangalore University and BARC. The detailsof the research position are as under:
Number of fellowships : 1
Qualification : First class M.Sc. in Physics
Specialization : Preferably in Nuclear/Radiation Physics with good knowledge on Mathematical Physics.
The fellowship amount is Rs 12,000 p.m. + HRA.
Those who have appeared for the M.Sc. final semester exams and those who have obtained M.Sc. (Physics) with other specializations may also apply.
