Project: Comparative Genomics and Biology of Non-coding RNA in Human Genome. Sponsor of the Project : CSIR
PI/Co-PI : Dr. G. Suresh Kumar
Qualification required : Ph.D in Chemistry or Biophysical Chemistry or Biochemistry. Candidates should have had 1st class M.Sc in chemistry with Inorganic/Physical/Analytical specialization.
Desirable Experience : Experience in the study of drug - DNA/RNA interactions evidenced by published work.
Age Limit : 35 Years
Stipend : Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) per month (Consolidated)
Terms and Conditions : The engagement is purely temporary and, therefore, does not confer any right / claim implicit or explicit for regularization or absorption against any IICB / CSIR post. The age and qualifications will be reckoned as on the last date of receipt of applications. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PH and women candidates as per rules. Short listed candidates will have to attend the interview at their own cost.
