Applications are invited for the one post of RA/SRF under CSIR funded research project entitled “STUDY OF VIBRATIONS IN FREE AND LOADING ENVIRONMENTS IN PIEZOELECTRIC AND SEMICONDUCTOR THERMOELASTIC MATERIALS”
Educational Qualifications:
a) Research Associate(RA):
Ph. D. in Mathematics/Physics with consistent good academic records.
OR
M. Tech./ME in closely related area of project with sound mathematical background having three years of R&D experience after obtaining master degree.
The candidates who have submitted their Ph. D. thesis can also be considered for RA ship provisionally for one year pending award of Ph. D. degree. They will be regularized as RA after award of Ph. D. degree but within one year.
b) Senior Research Fellow(SRF)
In case no suitable candidate for Research Associate (RA) is not available then post will be filled up with SRF having following qualifications: M. Sc. Mathematics/Physics with at least 60% marks or equivalent with two year research experience to be assessed from published project work/dissertation.
OR
NET/GATE qualified candidates having minimum two years of research experience after M.Sc. Mathematics/Physics or equivalent degree. OR
M.Tech/ME in closely related area of project with sound mathematical background.
Stipend:
a) RA: Rs. 16000/- (consolidated)
b) SRF: Rs. 14000/- (consolidated)
Term of appointment: Initially 2 years extendable by one year or coterminous with the
project whichever is earlier.
