Kodihalli, Bangalore – 560 017National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL) is a premier research laboratory under the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). In addition to many Research, Development and Technology Programmes in Aerospace, NAL is actively involved in supporting the National Aerospace Programmes of ADA, DRDO, ISRO, HAL and IAF. Further, NAL has a strong programme in Civil Aviation including the nationally important project of design and development of a multirole Light Transport Aircraft (SARAS). NAL is also exploiting several aerospace technologies into spin-off industrial applications. It has excellent facilities in all the aerospace disciplines.
NAL is currently working on many time bound aerospace projects of National importance. In order to execute these projects successfully, NAL is looking forward for a bright candidate for the position of “Senior Research Fellow” (SRF) under the project titled “Algorithms for Adaptive Signal Processing, Active Noise Control and Statistical Signal Processing”. The selected candidate shall assist the Emeritus Scientist, the project leader of the project in the activities of the project.
The following are the details with regard to stipend and the eligibility criteria for the position of SRF.
M.E or M.Tech in Electronics and Communication with Distinction / First Class and B.E with First Class./ equivalent with an aptitude to work in the broad field of signal processing (students who are about finish their final semester M.E/ M. Tech degree can also apply)
Stipend – Rs. 16,000/- p.m + HRA as per CSIR rules.
Application for the above position are required to be submitted on plain paper in the following format together with recent Passport size photograph, copies of SSLC / X Std / PUC / 12th Std / Degree / Post Graduate Degree / Provisional Degree Certificate(s), Certificates in a sealed cover superscribing “Application for the post of SRF to Emeritus Scientist”
