Applications are invited for temporary position of Project Assistant in Drosophila laboratory, Indian Institute of Advanced Research, Koba Institutional Area, Gandhinagar, Gujarat,  Funded by The Puri foundation for Education in India.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
Master’s degree in Zoology/Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry with minimum 55% marks. Age limit should not be more than 28 years.
Desirable: Candidates should have good knowledge of Cell Biology/ Molecular biology/Genetics/ Biochemistry. Experience in handling of Drosophila, techniques in molecular biology is desirable.
EMOLUMENTS: 8000/-consolidated pm + 15 % HRA.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. Appointment will be initially for a period of one year to be extended further depending upon satisfactory performance.
2. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview if called for.
