Applications are invited for the temporary position of `Junior Research Fellow’ underthe RGSTC Project `Digitized Inventory of Medicinal Plant resources of Maharashtra’ in the Botany Group, being filled in through Walk-in-interview on Monday , as detailed below–
Stipend Rs.12000/- (fixed) + HRA per month. (likely to be revised).
Qualifications: Essential: 1st Class M.Sc. in Botany with special Angiosperms (Taxanomy) and clearance of CSIR-UGC/NET/GATE exam of JRF. Desirable: Computer knowledge, handling database – management.
Age Limit : 28 years, (Relaxable by 3/5 years for OBC/SC-ST candidates)
In case of non availability of qualified JRF, candidates having M.Sc. degree with 55% marks (as above) may be considered for Research Studentship on stipend @ Rs.11000/- (fixed) p.m. Candidates fulfilling above conditions may apply in the prescribed format available on the Institute’s website ., along with attested copies of qualifications, certificates, Passport size photograph, and application fees of Rs.50/-, payable by Demand Draft in favor of Agharkar Research Institute, Pune, by 05.08.2010 and directly appear for walk-in interview on Monday the 9th August 2010 at 10.00 a.m. No T.A. will be
admissible for attending walk-in-interview.
