It is proposed to fill up the temporary position of Research Associate, under the project entitled, “Novel strategies for molecular diagnosis of plant viruses”- (NAIP) through interview.

Research Associate
Posts: One
Initially for one year and extendable upto 4 years on satisfactory progress
Qualification: M.Sc./Ph.D. Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology/Biochemistry/Plant Pathology/Plant Virology
Desirable experience in the area of specialization: Research experience on Molecular Biology/ Immunology/Plant Virology
Pay: Rs. 17000/18000 + 30%HRA

Note
1. Upper age limit is 35 years (Age relaxation of five years of SC/ST & women and three years for OBC candidates)
2. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
3. The positions are purely temporary and shall be terminated on termination of the project.
4. For smooth functioning of the project, the selected candidate may have to work in either of the centres (NBPGR, Hyderabad/IARI, New Delhi) for periods as per requirement of the project.
