Applications are invited for one (1) post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on the salary of Rs 16,000
per month consolidated + HRA for two years and Rs 18,000 consolidated per month + HRA in a BRNS
sponsored project entitled ‘Gamma irradiation induced transformation in the properties of nematic liquid crystals’ sanctioned for three years. The post is purely temporary and coterminous with the project.


The candidate should be M.Sc. in physics/electronics with at least 55% marks.
• Candidate with experience in the area of Liquid Crystal Physics and Computer Programming will be
preferred.
• All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
