A Walk-in-Interview will be held at this Institute to engage bonafide Indian citizens for the post of a Senior Research Fellow (Proj.)for working in a sponsored project of DST tenable at this Institute. The post is purely temporary and will be co-terminus with the duration of the project. The details are as follows:
"Investigation of Multiferrocity in Electronic Ferroelectric Systems by Broadband Dielectric Spectroscopy"

r. Research Fellow( Proj.) – 1(One) Post
Qualifications : A) 1st Class M Sc. with Physics (specialization : condensed matter physics) with two years research experience (or)
1st Class M. Tech. in Materials Science from recognized Universities, IITs, IISc, Bangalore etc. Candidate should possess good academic background throughout and deep interest in research work in the area of
multiferroic, ferroelectric, magnetic systems. Possessing of minimum educational qualifications and background will not guarantee selection for a candidate and the decision of the committee will be final. Stipend : Rs.14,000/- per month + H. R.A.
Age : Upper Limit is 32 years (as on 01.11.2010) which is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes, women / physically handicapped and 3 years for OBC applicants.
Tenure: 3 years

address with phone number, E-mail etc.) along with one self attested copy of each certificate. The original certificates also should be brought for verification. Candidates should report at least one hour
before the interview for verification. Interim enquires in this respect will not be attended.
