What is this all about?
Applications are invited for the post of “Project Fellow” (one only) in the UGC sponsored Major Research Project entitled “Development of Novel Magnetic Carbons for the Remediation of Micro Pollutants from Water”.

Who Can Apply?
M.Sc in Chemistry/Environmental Sciences
 
Desirable Qualifications
Strong desire to work on the development of activated carbons and their applications in water purification with good knowledge of routine analytical techniques. Candidates having relevant experience in the area of water/wastewater treatment, surface chemistry, adsorption, activated carbon chemistry will be preferred.

Project Details
The project is valid for a period of Three years. The selected candidate will be appointed on purely temporary basis initially for a period of one year or till his service are required by the Project Director or till the validity of the project, whichever is earliest.
 
Fellowship: Rs. 8000/- per month
