Who Can Apply?
M.Sc./B.Tech./B.Pharm. with minimum 1 year of research experience in a project
OR
M.Pharm/M.Tech in Physica/Chemistry/Bioinformatics/Computer Science /Computer Engineering and related subjects.
and Experience in Perl Programming.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in Bioinformatics projects related to regulatory RNA Eligibility of SRF will be decided based on the experience in the field of research.
Project Details
Project-Development of computational methods for Riboswitch detection and prediction in genomic sequences and their functional validation.
*Preference will be given to candidates having publications in the relevant fields. Appointment will be made initially for one year and extendable up to three years after evaluation.
