Applications are invited from Indian nationals for the post of “Project Assistant” under the following research project funded by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India.

Title of the Research Project: “Biochemical characterization of mammalian TypeB HAT-Histone Acetyltransferase 1 (Hat1).

Name of the Post: Project Assistant (01 No.)

Qualification and Experience: M.Sc. degree in any discipline of biology from recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks / equivalent grade having cleared NET (CSIR/UGC)/ NET (LS) / ICMR / GATE. Preference will be given to candidates having exposure of biochemistry and molecular biology. Experience is desirable.

Salary: Rs. 12,000/- p.m. (consolidated) + HRA (as applicable)

Duration: One Year (Can be extended to up to three years subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of research project).
