Post Doctoral Positions in Physics at VECC | Kolkata

What is this all about?
Post-doctoral positions are available for an initial period of one year and extendible by a maximum of one more year, under the following areas:

1. Experimental/ Theoretical Nuclear Physics, Condensed Matter Physics, Accelerator Physics: one position.
2. Physics of quark‐gluon plasma and early universe cosmology (theory), attached to DAE Homi Bhabha Chair at VECC:one position.

Interested candidates may apply to Director, VECC giving their C.V., list of publications, along with two letters of reference in sealed envelops.

Candidates who have submitted their Ph. D. thesis and are awaiting results may also apply. The candidates will be asked to deliver a seminar at VECC. The positions will remain open till suitable candidates are found.
