Institute of Genomics & Integrative Biology (IGIB) a premier Institute of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), India, is engaged in give broad areas of research activity (i) Genomics and Molecular Medicine, (ii) Genome Informatics and Systems Biology, (iii) Chemical and Synthetic Biology (iv) Respiratory Disease Biology (v) Energy and Environment Biotechnology. IGIB is interested to recruit an enthusiastic young Technical Officer having proven track record to assist the team of researchers. The candidate having the following essential and/or desirable qualifications along with relevant experience may apply for the post:

Technical Officer – Group III (5) - One Post

Pay-Scale: Rs.15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay Rs.6600

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in any area of Chemical or Biological Sciences with minimum of 09 (Nine) years working experience in broader area of Chemical Biology

Desirable: Ph.D. with experience of working with Next Generation Sequencing Technology

Age limit: 40 years
