Projects
1. Dissection of novel trafficking and signaling mechanisms in malaria parasite
2. Dissection of signal transduction mechanisms in Plasmodium falcipraum
Job description:
Candidates with experience in molecular biology, recombinant DNA, protein chemistry, cell culture techniques, some experience in bioinformatics may be requested to apply. Qualifications-
1. Project Associate : Ph. D biotechnology/biophysics/biochemistry or any other related field
2. S.R.F. (Project) M.Sc. with at least three years of research experience
3. J.R.F. (PROJECT)- M Sc. biotechnology/biophysics/biochemistry or any other related field (Please note that the candidates who have appeared for Final year M Sc and are awaiting their results are not eligible. Only those candidates whose results have been declared at the time of submission of application may apply).
Emoluments:
The selected candidates will draw consolidated emoluments as per Institute Rules. The three different slabs for Project Associates are mentioned below :
Project Associate-Rs. 16000 consoliated p.m. plus 30% HRA.
S.R.F (Project)-Rs 14000 consolidated p.m plus 30% HRA
J.R.F. (PROJECT)-Rs 12000 consolidated p.m. plus 30% HRA
