Vacancies in Biology/Chemistry Modelling/Tuberculosis Project at ILS Hyderabad

Applications are invited for the following posts at Institute of Life Sciences, Hyderabad (all temporary positions till the project is supported) under the DBT funded "Virtual Centre of Excellence on Multidisciplinary approaches aimed at interventions against Mycobacterium tuberculosis".

Project: Small molecule inhibitors targeting essential enzymes like Chorismate mutase and other validated targets
Research Associate (Biology + CADD) 1 post
Salary (Rupees): 16000/- pm (plus 30% HRA)
Essential (EQ) & Desired (DQ) Qualifications
EQ: : 1) MSc in any area of life sciences with atleast 3-4 years experience in the area of Molecular Biology / Immunology / Biochemistry as evidenced by publications in the peer reviewed journal.
2) Working knowledge with homology modeling, QSAR, Docking, Virtual screening
3) Willingness to work in a team environment
DQ: Ph D in any area of life Science will be preferred. Experience in the area of Biochemistry / molecular biology, will be considered favourably.

Research Associate (Chemistry + CADD) 1 postSalary (Rupees): 16000/- pm (plus 30% HRA)
Essential (EQ) & Desired (DQ) Qualifications
EQ: : 1) Master's Degree in Chemistry or closely related subject with 1-2 years experience in the area of Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
2) Working knowledge with homology modeling, QSAR, Docking, Virtual screening
3) Willingness to work in a team environment
DQ: Ph D will be preferred.
