Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one position of
Project Fellow in a KSCSTE funded research project entitled "An in
vitro investigation on the role of Estrogen and Reactive Oxygen
species in the invasion of Thyroid cancer cells with emphasis on MTA-1
and TGF-β signaling" in the laboratory of Dr. Sreeja S at Rajiv Gandhi
Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram.
Essential Qualification
Candidates must have M.Sc Biotechnology/Life Sciences with first class and good academic records.
Desirable Qualifications:
One year experience in animal cell culture and Molecular Biology technique. CSIR/UGC/ICMR - JRF/ NET is desirable.
Age: Below 28 years as on 9th May, 2013
Emoluments : Rs.10,000/-.
Duration: Three years or till termination of the project (whichever is earlier).
Only those fulfilling the above criteria need apply and will be called for interview. In the event of more than 10 candidates being short-listed by screening the applications, a written test will be
conducted before the selection interview.
