JRF Vacancy in Hepatitis Virus Project at University of Calcutta | DBT Sponsored

UNIVERSITY OF CALCUTTA

Applications are invited on plain paper along with two sets of biodata and all the testimonials for one post of junior research fellow in a DBT sponsored project “ Inhibition of Hepatitis C virus through lentiviral mediated delivery of multiple siRNA” in the Department of Genetics , Calcutta University. The Post is purely temporary and coterminous with the Project. The detail requirements are as under

Junior research fellows : Post I

Essential Qualification : MSc in any branch of Life Sciences with 55% or above
Age: Upper age limit 28 yrs. ( 5 yrs relaxation for SC/ST/Female/physically handicapped)
Desirable : 1. Knowledge of virology , molecular biology , animal tissue culture , modern biological techniques.
2. NET/GATE Qualification Candidates with experience of research in the area of the Project or related field will be preferred.
