Position (scale), qualifications and experience:

1. Information Officer - one postQualifications and Experience: M. Tech in IT sciences, MSc Bioinformatics, MSc / MTech life sciences with 3-4 years experience in the bioinformatics domain with expertise in database management, software development, system administration, and work experience on linux environment Candidates with PhD qualification or those who have submitted PhD thesis and have sufficient experience in bioinformatics will also be considered.
The incumbent will be actively involved in cutting edge research and will help maintain bioinformatics infrastructure, and resources and help conduct bioinformatics training programs.
Pay scale: Gross emoluments will be about Rs. 20.000/- pm in this post
