Applications are invited for the following post to be filled on purely temporary basis (for a period of 3 years renewable on yearly basis) for the Non-Institutional ad-hoc project entitled: “Characterization of the tubulin interactome involved in the orchestration of sperm flagellar motility”.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF- 1 Post)
Stipend: Rs. 12000/- (1st & 2nd Year) + HRA /Rs. 14000/- (3rd year) + HRA
For NET qualified candidates: Rs. 16000/- (for 1st 2nd Year) + HRA / Rs. 18000/- (3rd year) + HRA
Essential qualification: First Class M.Sc. Degree in Biochemistry / Biophysics / Biotechnology.
Desirable: 1 to 2 years research experience in Reproductive Biology.

Candidates who have passed the national written test like UGC-CSIR NET, ICMR-JRF may appear for the walk-in-interview for the following post to be filled up under the time bound research project entitled “Environmental and occupational exposure and male reproductive function” in the Department of Reproductive and Cyto-toxicology of the institute, sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, New Delhi.

Who Can Apply?
Essential: M.Sc. in Zoology / Biochemistry / Molecular biology / Biotechnology or
other related subjects or M. Tech. Biotechnology with good academic record and should pass the National written test like UGC-CSIR NET, ICMR-JRF and NET Qualified for lectureship and ICMR exam qualified for the JRF in Project will also be considered.
Desirable: Experience in the field of either Reproductive and Molecular Biology.
Job Requirement: To collect history, biological samples To carry out laboratory work related to semen
analysis/gene polymorphism. Computation of data and report writing, to collect history, biological samples
Salaray: Rs. 12,000/- + 15% HRA
