Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellows in the two BRNS sponsored projects entitled 1)‘Health status studies around the proposed uranium mining area at Lambapur-Pedagattu’ and
(2) ‘Health status studies around proposed uranium processing plant at Sherpalle, Nalgonda District, Andhra Pradesh’ in Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, Hyderabad.
Post and duration: Four JRFs (2 in each project), 2 years
Qualification: M.Sc. in Foods and Nutrition/Biochemistry/Nursing with minimum 55% marks
Emoluments: Rs 12,000 p.m. + HRA as admissible when provisions are granted by BRNS
Desirable: The candidate should have knowledge and experience to conduct and supervise field work independently, which involves data collection on health information, identification of diseases, conducting health camps, collection of biological samples for diagnostic tests, processing and analysis of the data. Computer knowledge is essential.
