WALK-IN-INTERVIEW for the post of SRF

Essential Qualification: M.Sc. Agriculture :-Specialization in Plant Physiology/Agronomy/Soil Science
with First class
Desirable : Computer skills and knowledge on data entry, processing and analysis of agricultural data.
2. Senior Research Fellow (One)
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Agriculture: Specialization in Agronomy/Extension/Economics Master of Social works
Desirable: Computer skills with experience in taking field observation on plants and survey/soil and plant
analysis with 1-2 yrs hands on
Experience (Field project:- Mewat, Haryana)
1. Rs. 16,000+HRA (as admissible of the rule) for 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 18000 + HRA for 3rd year
2. Rs. 16,000+HRA (as admissible of the rule) for 1st and 2nd year and Rs.18000+HRA for 3rd year
The Head, Division of Environmental Sciences, IARI, New Delhi-110012, wishes to recruit two Senior Research Fellows in the above mentioned project purely on contractual basis. A detail of the position is given above with following terms & conditions:
1. Terms and conditions: The above position is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially for the period of one year with possibilities of continuation for one more year on satisfactory erformance /evaluation, or period till termination of the project, whichever is less. The selected candidates will have no claim for regular appointment at this institute as the position is co-terminus with the project.
2. Age limit: 35 years as on the closing date of application. Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and
women candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates will be given as per ICAR rules.
3. The Interview of eligible candidates will be held in the Division of Environmental Sciences, NRL Building, IARI, Pusa, New Delhi-12Only the candidates having essential qualification would be entertained for the interview.
4. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
5. Application with detailed bio-data with one colour passport size photograph pasted on it, attested copy of certificates of age and qualifications, reprints and publications, if any, and no objection certificate from present employer may be submitted to the Head, Division of Environmental Sciences at 9.30 am & the time of interview. The candidates should also have the original grade card/ mark sheet of the essential qualification at the time of the interview, failing which they will not be allowed to appear in the interview.
