WALK-IN INTERVIEW AT DEPARTMENT OF BOTANY
UNIVERSITY OF DELHI

A walk-in-interview will be conducted for the following temporary positions in various reserch projects
at the Department of Botany, University of  Delhi

1. Post: SRF
No. of Post: One
Project Title: Transgenic approaches for resistance to mustard aphids.
Eligibility: NET (JRF) or NET(LS) with research experience of at least two years.
Salary: Rs. 14,000 + 30% HRA



2. Post: Attendant
No. of Post: One
Project Title: Transgenic approaches for resistance to mustard aphids.
Eligibility: Intermediate Pass
Salary: Rs. 8000/- p.m.

3. Post: Attendant
No. of Post: One
Project Title: Transgenic approaches for frost resistance in mustard.
Eligibility: Intermediate Pass
Salary: Rs. 8000/- p.m.

4. Post: Technical Assistant (Computers)
No. of Post: One
Project Title: Genetic and genomic approaches for improvement of the oilseed crop, Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower)
Eligibility: Graduate (with thorough knowledge of computers)
Salary: Rs. 14,000 /- fixed

The interviews will be held in Lab No. 7, Department of Botany, Chatra Marg, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007 on 17.04.2012 from 10.00 AM onwards. Candidates are required to bring their origina certifcates/testimonials at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interviews.
