High skill of culturing, maintaining and increasing inoculum of fungal pathogens essential.
Candidate should be willing to travel for on-farm disease survey
High proficiency in Computer skills (Ms- Office, data analysis) and good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
Should be a good team player to work in a multicultural team

Period and Remuneration:

Provide help and support to various phenotyping activities in the glasshouse and field environment experiments.Providing scientific support to scientists in writing project reports, research articles and other related jobs from time to time.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Plant Pathology/ Life sciences with 2-3 years of experience in fungal genomics. Candidates enrolled for PhD in recognized university can also apply. Good proficiency in English communication skills (both written and spoken) and an aptitude for research in Biotechnology applied in Plant Pathology with knowledge in using latest biotechnological tools in molecular characterization of plant pathogens is required.

Period and Remuneration:

SCIENTIFIC OFFICER – Responsibilities: Assisting in multi-disciplinary team of scientists to undertake onfarm
action research in the area of integrated watershed management and productivity enhancement on farmers
